Our Beginning
Patiento wasn’t born in a boardroom.
It began in quiet moments - inside clinics, during late-night reflections, and in conversations with patients carrying folders of test results between systems that couldn’t speak to each other.
It began with a simple, persistent question:
“Why can’t healthcare remember us — wherever we go?”
That question became a calling.
And from that calling, Patiento began to take shape — a vision for a patient-centered bridge between public and private healthcare, between countries, and between the stories that deserve to be connected.
Our Purpose
Patiento exists to restore continuity to healthcare - not by replacing existing systems, but by helping them eventually work together.
We believe that:
Every person should have secure, seamless access to their medical information, wherever they seek care.
Privacy and progress can coexist.
Technology should always serve people - not the other way around.
Our goal is to unify what’s already working: public health systems, private providers, and digital tools - connected ethically, transparently, and across borders.
Our Stage
Patiento is a UK-registered company, currently in active development with research and early design activities spanning the UK and Poland.
We are now finalising our proof of concept, focused on demonstrating that patients can easily create, organise, and access their medical records — without the friction or complexity of traditional health apps.
This phase is about:
Listening to patients and clinicians to understand real needs.
Designing simple, intuitive user experiences that build trust.
Embedding GDPR compliance and security from day one.
From here, we’ll move toward our first pilot and MVP development, building on partnerships that share our belief that better continuity of care is not only possible — it’s overdue.
